Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Dip

Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Dip


Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cook Time: 30 Minutes

Chill Time: 2 Hours


Ingredients:


  • 1 8 oz brick of cream cheese room temperature

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 1/2 cups cool whip whipped topping

  • sliced apples, shortbread cookies, spicy molasses cookies, graham crackers, creme filled wafers optional dippers


Instructions:


In a medium sized mixing bowl, whip together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.


Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice, whip until fully incorporated.


Using a rubber spatula, fold in the whipped topping.


Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.


Serve with your favorite dippers, enjoy.


Tips:


Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature. For an extra fluffy dip, make sure to beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar for at least 1-2 minutes. Do not overmix the cool whip.


Storage:


Store your pumpkin dip with cream cheese in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
