All the meal plans are free and include a downloadable PDF with the meals, suggested pairings and a printable grocery/checklist to help you keep organized. MEAL PLAN SUMMARY
Each meal plan includes a breakdown of the recipes for the week so that you don’t have to search through recipe sites, screenshots, and bookmarks to plan your week. You’ll find hand-picked recipes by me based on the most popular recipes, the most trusted and tested recipes, and the most efficient recipes that you’ll want to make over and over again! Using a weekly meal plan saves time and money at the grocery store and in the kitchen while keeping your meals fresh and healthy.
FREE GROCERY LIST
Most of the meal plans include recipes for a family of four. The recipes tend to have similar ingredients to minimize the number of grocery trips you’ll need to make and reduce waste. You’ll notice that each grocery list is divided by sections in a grocery store to make shopping easier for you. You can print out this grocery list or copy/paste it into a grocery list app and check things off as you buy them at the store. The meal plan grocery lists are a life saver!
WHY START MEAL PLANNING?
From my own experience through life, there is nothing worse then the thought of "What should I make for dinner?" or "Damn, I forgot to take something out to defrost for dinner"? while sitting at work mid day; or the dreaded text message from your spouse or kiddo asking "What's for dinner?" And you have nothing more to say other than... "I have no idea!" Trust me... I was even tired of hearing my own answer too!
Having a meal plan for the week will eliminates this stress from your life all together, which is one great benefit I have gained in my life now!
Besides having a plan in place, there are several other benefits of meal planning, including:

Cutting Cost:
Now that inflation has become a huge problem... This is major concern for all of us. When you have a plan set in place, and a specific list of groceries, you eliminate cost wasted on impulse items or produce that never gets used. Now, this isn't counting your snacks you may like to add to your pantry or fridge for the week.

Little to No Waste:
Wasting money makes me want to cry. I was raised frugal, so it has been instilled in me since I was a child. No wasted money, and no wasted food! Having a set grocery list will help to avoid both of those issues.

Variety & Change:
My meal plan project is specializing to include a lot of variety, this helps from having the same repetitive meals weekly and hearing "This again!?" So I have compiled menus with a change of Mexican, Asian, Irish, Italian and even Breakfast for Dinner! You and your family can now travel all over the world right from your kitchen table!

No More Dinner Roulette:
I did some research, and came across something that made me have an Oprah "Ah Ha" moment. Did you know about “decision fatigue”? It's when you can’t make a decision bases on having to make so many and in this case a big one on something (like what to make for dinner) it actually makes you mentally tired. No wonder I would get tired
and have an instant migraine when the thought came into my head! When your dinners/daily
meals are already planned out, you avoid dealing with this completely!

Healthy Habits Without Even Realizing:
When you plan/anticipate making well-rounded meals, you’re much more likely to actually make them rather than defaulting to convenience foods like boxed mac and cheese, tuna helper, frozen meals meals, or unhealthy fast food! Home made foods are always going to be a better choice, as you control what is being added to your dishes. Doin't get me wrong, I have my "cheat days" and grab a nasty, greasy burger and fries here an there... 😉 We are all human and always on the go these days!
But as you can see, there are SO many benefits to meal planning!
